1、hand over  表示转交、递交、移交（犯人等）。
(1)He also handed over a letter of apology from the Prime Minister.他还递交了一封首相写的道歉信。
(2)They would just catch the robbers and hand them over to the police.他们会抓住抢劫犯，并把他们交给警方。
2、turn over 表示翻转、（使）颠倒；深思熟虑；移交（职位、责任）；转台。
(1)Liz picked up the blue envelope and turned it over curiously...莉兹拿起蓝色信封，好奇地翻过来看。
(2)Even when she didn't say anything you could see her turning things over in her mind.即便她什么都没说，你也能看出她心里在盘算着。

3、take over 表示接收，接管（公司）;（武力）占领，接管，控制；接替、接任。
