首先说一下格式，标点符号要紧跟上一个单词，和下一个单词之间空一格。

With the development of computer science,learning online has become a hot topic among people ,especially among the young and headed debates are right on their way.
headed debates 这里要表达什么呢，如果是heated debates，and heated debates are right on their way这部分应该去掉，和前面a hot topic表达的意思差不多。

Many of people hold a supportive attitude towards it.
of是多余的，many people 许多人

Somewhere,people can be use it for learning,they need't go to the college,which can save them much time and energy or money.  
somewhere某处，在这里不通顺。
可以改成People can study anytime and anywhere. 人们可以随时随地学习。
第一个逗号改成句号，逗号不连接句子。
go to college上大学，不加the，不过这里说有了在线学习就不用上大学了，其实有点言过其实~
much time, enery and money，这样写，A，B and C 结构。

They think the learning ought to face to face with professor.  
可以改成They think it is better to learn face to face with their teachers.

Problems are questioned when they have towards professor. 这句话是要表达什么意思呢

It is difficult to say whether learning is good or not in general as depends very machine on the situation of people's time,  这句话也不太明白，同学可以再说一下

However,from my point of view,I think it more convenient and lower price than face to face education,but formal education will not be replaced.
可以改成From my point of view, learning online is more convennient and cost-effective（性价比高）than face to face education. However, formal education will not be replaced.
