From my point of view, I agree with reducing star reality shows. Because most potential audience of reality shows are students. While students build their own view of （the）world, they heavily rely on what they see and what they hear, so they need a correct standpoint to instruct them. For instance, there are many shows about celebrity dating in China. Some honor guests put emphasis on craving luxury life and money instead of working hard or fostering aesthetic sense. If this type of shows are（is，注意语法错误） watched for a long time, the consequence is that（the consequence is that全部删掉，或者换句型） students will develop a concept that the（删掉the） luxury life is their top priority and other qualities such as love and pity are considered unimportant. But I  object to（object to doing sth，语法错误） reject all celebrity shows. Due to the pace of life speeds up（due to后面不能加句子，语法错误）, imposing tremendous pressure on individuals, so we need some great shows in order to release ourselves.
For （from，注意搭配）my perspective, there is nothing wrong with star reality shows. The fault belongs to people who distorted （为什么要用过去时？注意时态）values by using those shows. As for me, I think highly of restraining（restrain一般不用于搭配真人秀，最好换一个词） some low-level shows. And we also need to support good reality shows. The most necessary thing is to enhance people’s ability to appreciate（appreciate是及物动词，后面要加宾语的，语法错误）. After that, people will choose a valuable show over a sleazy one.
