The frumpy-but-lovable Scotswoman paid a visit to the Miss toner salon in Whitburn, near her Blackburn home, to “tame her wild woolly grey hair.” And though she’s definitely looking more feminine these days, Miss Boyle’s fashion revolution seems to be annoying the people over at “Britain’s Got Talent.” Judge Amanda Holden told press, "Whether she knows it or not, she is standing for the average person in the street. I am sure she will comb her hair and have a bit of [lipstick] on. But she won't be going under the knife or anything like that!"
