写作是英语四六级考试中必有的题型，也是很多考生最头痛的地方。在英语四六级写作的时候，在动笔之前首先要认真审题，根据题目的要求围绕中心来拟定提纲。写作的内容一定要突出要点，运用的语法和词汇要有准确性。下面，我们来了解一下写作最容易出错的地方。

1.拼写错误

正确的词形是表达语言的基础，在书面表达中，“拼写”是语言准确性的首要体现。英语是拼音文字，是由若干字母按一定的顺序排列而成的，多一个字母或少一个字母甚或是把字母顺序写颠倒了就会出错或写成别的单词。在四六级作文中，很多考生会将以下单词拼错：如把though写成through;把mental写成metal;把colleague写成 college;把explanation误拼成 explaination等。词汇拼写取决于考生平时单词基本功是否过关，别无捷径，唯有认真背单词。

2.用词不当

很多考生平时机械地背词汇手册，掌握了一定的词汇量，但不知该在什么语境中使用。在写作时，由于时间关系，抑或是平时习惯使然，用词方面往往随心所欲，想到就用，所以作文中用词不当的错误比比皆是。因此考生在背单词的时候，应对其基本词组，同形词、同义词辨析等都有一个准确的把握。

例一：Then we can have a wider choose.(choose是动词，这里应为名词choice)

例二：They insist on post-graduate study is very important for them.(应改为They insist that post-graduate study is very important for them.)

例三：In the past， the price of meat was so expensive that most families could not afford it.(应改为In the past， the price of meat was so high that most families could not afford it.)

3.词组搭配错误

学习中的一项重要内容，要正确地认识和使用词语，就必须在词语与词语的联合上多下功夫。然而，有些考生平时不注意积累，或对一些约定俗成的词语记忆不牢，使用时模棱两可，从而影响了作文的质量。

举例：

例一：The price should be lowered in order to meet the students‘ acquires.( meet the students’ acquires应为meet the students‘ requirements.)

例二：Therefore，we shall attach great importance about this question.(attach great importance about 应为 attach great importance to)

框，准确而地道的说法应为The print on the menu is too small to read.
